No. Booking a time costs nothing — no sign-in, no deposit, no obligation. Diagnosis itself is charged at a fixed fee agreed before we start (SR 150 for a single concern, SR 300 for several, both including VAT), and that fee is deducted from your final invoice if you have the repair done here. No repair work begins until you have approved an itemised quote.

We confirm your exact time on WhatsApp, usually within one working hour. The form sends a request; the WhatsApp message is the confirmation.

Your name and mobile number, the make and model of the car, what you need looking at, the day that suits you, and whether you would rather come in the morning (9:00AM–2:00PM) or the afternoon (4:00PM–9:00PM). The plate number and any notes are optional.
