Trust needs terms. This page states plainly how EuroHub handles parts, guarantees workmanship, and keeps your manufacturer warranty position safe — the three questions every European car owner should ask any workshop before handing over a key.
Genuine & OEM parts policy
Genuine parts and manufacturer-approved fluids are our default. Where you prefer a quality OEM alternative — the same part from the manufacturer’s own supplier, without the logo markup — we supply that too, clearly identified. Every part fitted is named on your job card and invoice, with the choice always yours after an itemised estimate. We fit more than fifty OEM parts brands, and we never fit salvage or unbranded parts to a customer car.
Workmanship guarantee
Every repair leaves with a road test and a quality check recorded on the job card. If a repair we performed does not hold, bring the car back with the invoice: we re-diagnose it free, and if the fault traces to our workmanship, we make it right at no cost. Parts carry their manufacturers’ warranties, which we handle on your behalf.
Your dealer warranty stays protected
Saudi dealer warranties require schedule-correct servicing with appropriate parts — not that servicing happens at the dealer. EuroHub follows manufacturer schedules, fits genuine parts, stamps your service book, and issues documented digital records with photographs for every visit. Before any work that could touch a warranty question, we tell you honestly — sometimes the right answer is “take this one to the dealer”, and we will say so.
Approval before work — always
No work begins without your approval of an itemised estimate. If we discover something new mid-job, work pauses and you get photographs and a revised line item to approve first. The one exception is safety: if we find a car dangerous to drive, we tell you before it leaves, in writing, whether or not you repair it with us.
