Yes — genuine parts and manufacturer-approved fluids are our priority; quality OEM alternatives are available where you prefer them. Every part fitted is recorded on your job card and visible in your service report.

When your car checks in, its job appears in our Command Centre. Open the Track page on our Customer Care portal, enter your plate or job card number, and see its current bay and status in real time.

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking on WhatsApp (+966 53 322 3883) guarantees your slot. We work Saturday–Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–21:00. Friday closed.

Every job is quoted as an itemised estimate on WhatsApp before work starts — message your model, year and mileage for a same-day price. No work begins without your approval, and the invoice matches the estimate you approved.

A standard periodic service is usually completed the same day, often while you wait. Diagnostics are typically same-day; repairs depend on parts availability, which we confirm with your quote.

Both work: our reception area welcomes waiting customers, and because every job is tracked live, many customers drop the car and follow progress from their phone instead. Ask about pick-up options on WhatsApp when booking.
