Book your car service online — and get a real confirmation.

Booking a workshop in Jeddah usually means calling twice, waiting on WhatsApp, and still not knowing if your slot exists. We rebuilt it: request in under a minute, confirmed by a real service advisor from our workshop system.

Here is how booking a car service in Jeddah normally goes. You call during your lunch break; nobody picks up because the whole team is under a car. You send a WhatsApp message and get a reply two hours later asking what car you drive. You answer, then wait again. Eventually someone says “come tomorrow morning” — but nobody wrote it down anywhere, so when you arrive there are four cars ahead of you and your morning is gone.

That is not anyone being unprofessional. It is what happens when a busy workshop runs its schedule out of a phone. We got tired of putting our customers through it, so we built something better: online booking at EuroHub. It takes under a minute, it needs no app and no account, and — this is the part that actually matters — your request lands directly inside the system our workshop runs on.

How do I book a car service online in Jeddah?

Go to eurohubksa.com/book and fill in six short fields: your name, your mobile number, your car's make and model, what you need, your preferred day, and whether you'd rather come in the morning (9AM–2PM) or the afternoon (4PM–9PM). Plate number and notes are optional. Then press Request my booking.

There is no sign-up, no password, and nothing to download. If you would rather not type at all, the same page has a one-tap WhatsApp button and our direct number — the booking form is an extra option, not a replacement for talking to a human.

What happens after I send the request?

This is where most “book online” buttons on workshop websites quietly fall apart. On a lot of sites, that form just sends an email to an inbox nobody has opened since last Ramadan. You get an automatic “thanks, we'll be in touch” and hear nothing.

Ours does something different. Your request appears live inside our Command Centre — the same internal system our service advisors use to run the workshop floor, manage bays and open job cards. A real advisor sees it against the actual capacity for that day, and confirms your exact time back to you on WhatsApp, usually within one working hour during opening times.

So the confirmation you receive is not an auto-reply. It is a person who can see the day's real workload telling you that your slot exists. That is the whole point: a booking you can trust is a booking someone has actually accepted.

Do I pay anything to book?

No. Nothing is charged when you book, there is no deposit, and there is no obligation. You are reserving time in our workshop, not buying a service. The price conversation happens after we've looked at the car — we quote before we work, and you approve every line before anything starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing.

Which services can I book this way?

All of our main work: periodic maintenance, engine diagnostics and warning lights, air conditioning, brakes, suspension and steering, transmission, electrical and battery, and pre-purchase inspection. There is also a “something else / not sure” option, which is the honest choice when the car is making a noise you can't name — describe it in the notes box and we'll work it out.

We service Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen and Range Rover, and other European marques are welcome.

What should I have ready before I book?

Very little, but two things make your visit faster. First, your car's model and rough year — a 2015 C-Class and a 2022 C-Class are different animals, and knowing which one is coming lets us have the right diagnostic equipment and any likely parts ready. Second, a plain description of the symptom in the notes box: when it happens, at what speed, hot or cold engine, and any warning light that appeared. “Rattles over speed bumps, worse when the car is cold” tells our technicians more than “needs a check-up” ever will.

If another workshop has already quoted you for the work, say so. We would rather see that quote and give you a straight second opinion than repeat a diagnosis you have already paid for.

Can I still just call or send a WhatsApp?

Of course — and plenty of our customers still do. Call or WhatsApp +966 53 322 3883 whenever you prefer. Online booking exists for the times when calling isn't practical: late at night, during a meeting, from abroad, or on a Friday when we're closed and you want your Saturday morning sorted before you forget.

That last one turns out to be the most common. Cars misbehave in the evening, and nobody wants to lose the thought overnight.

Why go to this much trouble over a booking form?

Because it is the same idea as everything else we do here. Every job at EuroHub is photographed at check-in, diagnosed with dealer-level equipment, quoted line by line for your approval, and published live to our customer portal so you can watch your car's status without phoning to ask. Booking was the last piece still running on guesswork.

Now the whole journey is joined up: you request a slot online, a real advisor confirms it from the workshop system, and once your car is with us you can follow the job live from your phone. Getting that end-to-end at an independent workshop in Jeddah — rather than at a main dealer — is exactly the gap we set out to close.

Ready when you are. Book your service in under a minute, or message us on WhatsApp if you'd rather talk it through first. Not sure what your car needs? Tell us the symptom and we'll tell you honestly whether it's urgent — see also our guide to dealer vs independent servicing and your warranty.

Ready? Your bay is waiting.
